Duties and responsibilities include:

- Signage & Labelling:

- Installation of signage to buildings, products, and customer sites
- Ensure that the graphic designer is given a complete brief of all labels and graphics required to be printed
- Timely delivery of labelling & signage requirements
- Vehicle & Fleet Branding:

- Installation and maintenance of all vehicle and fleet branding
- Ensure that the graphic designer is given a complete brief of vehicle branding required to be printed
- Timely delivery of vehicle branding requirements
- Event Organising:
Assisting with organizing events and interacting with clients, such as: exhibitions, seminars, sale conferences, open days, product launches, staff and customer parties, and end of year events
- This includes planning the logistics of the events, setting up exhibitions and events, and other support required by the Marketing Manager
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing duties:

- Assist with administrative tasks for the Marketing Department.
- Assist in content creation for projects and company events (Taking photos and videos).
- Control and Management of the Vinyl printer Maintenance and service
- Complete all work and installations according to the graphics policies and procedures and in line with the company’s CI manual.
- Weekly reports on project progress
