TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-ordinator within the Trade Division at Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal.
**Responsibilities and Duties
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Receiving of stock
- Banking, sales, reconciliation
- Prepare and capture reports and summarize data
- General office duties including filing
- Upkeep and maintain archive
- Handling of monthly stock take program
- Assist cashiers regarding general queries
- Cost and selling price correction preparation
- Upkeep of delivery note books and key register
- Follow up claims
- Health and safety duties
- Host auditors upon visitation and requests
- Recon poison register
- Ensure company procedure is adhered to
- Order yearly protective clothing for shed staff
- Approve company orders, credit notes and discounts
- Process EFT’s and UIR’s
- Reckon Control account
- Any other Ad hoc instructions
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
