A well-established dealership in
**Limpopo** is looking for an experienced
**Parts Manager.**

The main purpose of this position is to ensure effective parts availability through process management and accurate stock control to achieve profitability and to ensure dealership Aftersales objectives are achieved.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Driver's license
- A minimum of 2 years inventory warehousing and distribution experience

**Advantageous Requirements**:

- Management diploma
- Motor Dealership experience in a Parts Department
- Managerial experience within the Motor Dealership Industry
- An effective understanding of basic financial principles
- An effective understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 1993

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Compile and implement a marketing plan
- Manage inventory
- Manage risk (financial and non financial) within department
- Ensure profit target achievement
- Prospecting new business
- Responsible for annual budget of Parts Department
- Maintain good housekeeping within department and departmental vehicle fleet
- Conduct departmental meeting and general aftersales meeting to ensure effective communication
- Manage training of all parts staff
- Attract, retain, appraise and develop staff
