we require the services of a fleet controller for our company fleet. (approx 15 vehicles)

1. Processing of company documentation relating to vehicles issued or returned

2. Processing of insurance and following up on outstanding claims

3. Ensuring that all vehicles are correctly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Ensuring that monthly inspections are performed on all vehicles.

5. Management of the fleet management system:
a. Installations & removal

b. Updating and maintaining the fleet management system

6. Monitoring and reporting on the fleet card usage.

7. Monitoring and reporting on van stock and company tools.

**Salary**: Up to R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diep River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
