**Position title**:Structural Programme Coordinator
**Contract type**: Fixed Term Contract - based on funding
**Location**:Kwa-Zulu Natal_ eThekwini
**Purpose of the position**:
To provide supervision to the facilitators to achieve the effective implementation and coordination of structural programmes in TB HIV Care supported sites.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree /diploma in social sciences/Health related qualification
- Certified facilitator and beneficiary of PPPrev Programme is advantageous
- Two years’ experience working in the community
- 2 years’ supervision experience
- Clear criminal record
- Living in the clusters identified
- Ability to communicate in English and IsiZulu
- Computer literate in MS office
- Valid driver’s licence
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clinical staff to complete schools' baseline and AYFS profile
- Compile outreach schedules for TVETs, schools and communities
- Facilitate and gain entry into schools, TVETs, and communities
- Maintain relationships with other stakeholders
- Collaborate with AYFS champion and ensure provision of quality structural services in the community with bi-directional referrals
- Support youth care clubs linked to the supported facility
- Identify vulnerable Households in war rooms/OTL and fast track graduation.
- Engage with AGYW, including attendance of and participation in community members meetings, DREAMS ambassador meetings and youth structures
