Job Description:
1. Responsible for online tutor interviews in North Africa and other Africa countries
2. Responsible for the teaching quality of tutors, including but not limited to supervising and improving lessons, answering tutors’ questions
3. Responsible for the conversion rate of tutors (the rate that tutor can convert trial listening student to pay for long term regular student)
4. Responsible for the normal functioning of the faculty team.

Work time:
6:00 PM-3:00AM (Singapore Time)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,700.00 - R8,200.00 per month
