- To adopt a senior leadership role within the College ensuring the strategic and thorough leadership of Academic excellence at Reddam House Constantia.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Is a professional Educator (consistently applies passion and a plan over time for the best development of our students and teachers)
- Is an active and supportive member of the SLT
- Responsibly lead the team to improved performance within a progressive and engaged environment
- Support and or lead various school events and stakeholder engagements
- Establish and manage Academic timetables
- Monitor, manage and implement work schedules
- Lead all internal assessment processes
- Design and lead a robust Academic report and support programme.
- Support Admissions in onboarding new families
- Oversea the Academic Awards process
- Manage the student portal (iSAMS) as relates to academic content
- Ensure accurate Academic record keeping

- Able to set clear expectations and stretch goals
- Adaptable teaching style incorporating feedback to parents and students
- A depth of understanding requirements in the relevant grades
- Teaches with passion and a plan
- Ability to judge learning effectiveness
- Assessment of student outcomes and feedback to enhance performance
- Genuine care and attention to the highest standards of student welfare
- Proficient in English
- Be involved in the interview process, interviewing prospective new staff members with senior management.
- Take responsibility and assist with the mentorship of all new staff members.
- Communicate clearly, accurately and frequently to all stakeholders
- Experience in leading a high performing team
- A minimum of 3- 5 years experience in a leadership and management role will be advantageous.
- University qualification
- Certified Teaching Status
- SACE accredited
