**Job Description**:
- Manage a hectic daily delivery schedule for food and beverage stock, overseeing various tasks such as receiving deliveries and
meticulously verifying them against orders and invoices.
- Efficiently organize stock placement in designated areas, prioritizing proper rotation to maintain freshness.
- Conduct temperature checks on food deliveries to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate routine stocktakes with relevant managers.
- Communicate with suppliers to address any stock-related issues promptly.
- Enforce the First In, First Out (FIFO) rule consistently to optimize inventory management.
- Record and manage invoices and internal transfers in the inventory system for accurate tracking and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Two years’ experience in Stores receiving and dispatching in a Hotel environment.
- Matric Certificate with Math passed rate 50% or more
- Data Capturing and stock taking experience
- Ability to work accurately and without supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be in excellent health and physically fit.
- Strong planning and organizing skills to meet operational requirements
- Positive attitude, self-disciplined and a motivated TEAM player
- Punctual, attention to detail and Problem-solving
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
