**Xone Integrated Security** is currently recruiting a Control Room Supervisor in the Orkney**, NW **region and surrounding areas. ( Stilfontein, Klerksdorp etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate
- Matric certificate/ Grade 12 Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and Own reliable transport, including weekend and after-hour visits and audits
- Minimum 5 Years Control Room Experience.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
- Willing to be able to work 12 hour shifts and
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Strong charater and able to make decisions with minimum input from senior management
- Technical experience

**Skills**
- Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft office (Word/Excel /Outlook/ PowerPoint)
- Understanding of body language and profiling
- Experience in training other staff members
- Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
- Extensive experience in control room operations and CCTV monitoring.
- Leadership, pro -active and strong client relationship skills
- Technical experience
- A sound and proven understanding of security technology, able
- Understand and work with at least 2 CCTV software systems
