Warranties Consultant

African Independent Brokers is looking for a person to join our Warranties team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, focused and driven as well as who has the ability to approach work strategically.

**MARKETING**:

- Phone existing clients and complete a CQC, making sure we have all their current details and to update their cover.
- Answer any questions the client may have about African Independent or their schedules.
- Always maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude when dealing with new clients and existing African Independent clients.

**QUOTE/SALE**:

- Inform client of the warranty products, not already on their policy.
- Assist client with any queries they may have with their Policies and identify Gaps in clients cover.
- Value Added Products:
Go through the various benefits for The Value-Added Product, making sure that the client understands everything.

Once the client has accepted the cover and given a date, add the product onto their existing policy.
- Maintain Audit results as per Telesure and Softsures requirements.
- Assist with any internal Projects that may arise.

**ADMINISTRATIVE**:

- Ensure all details of sale are captured into your sales book and added to the system after each sale.
- Make sure all changes or corrections of wrong details are captured on the relative systems and the necessary PPC has been informed of the changes/corrections.
- If client has any queries regarding the product you sold them, it will be your responsibility to assist the client.
- Capture notes of call in AS400 and Softsure systems.
