Adevia Health, established 2003, is an international company with subsidiaries across the globe. We specialise in nursing jobs in the USA, UK, Germany and the Arabian Gulf.

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to head up our compliance department who will be responsible for the compliance of the UK (international and temporary staffing), Arabian Gulf and Germany.

At Adevia Health we have a go getter mentality inspired by our US and UK founders, our young and dynamic team is committed to working hard while having fun doing so.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You enhance, further develop, implement and keep up to date our compliance processes
- Hire, train and retain a team of compliance specialists.
- You work closely and in coordination with the recruitment and staffing departments
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- You possess and maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Sound knowledge and experience of the healthcare staffing industry’ compliance
- 2 years experience in a related compliance set up
- Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English

**Position**: Compliance Manager | Location: Cape Town, Woodstock

**Type**: Permanent | Starting date: Immediately | Salary: R15k - R25k based on experience
