**Purpose of the position**:To assist in the efficient running of the Onboarding HUB through sound management and administrative practices.
To promote a positive image of KBC as the first point of Contractor contact.

**Inherent Requirements**:

- Matric
- Advanced Computer Literacy
- Experience in a service-related environment with a desire to achieve high standards of Customer service
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the use and support of the Passport 360 system

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with existing contractors to provide information regarding products and services offered by KBC.
- Attend monthly concentrator contractor meetings as scheduled
- Attend meetings at HUB Clinic when they are scheduled, and address any issues brought up regarding contractors
- Assist investigation officer to obtain information about a contracting company as recorded on Passport 360 as and when required
- Block companies / employees due to noncompliance or on request from client safety department on the client’s in-house system.
- Assist new companies with the onboarding process.
- Assist contractors with medical bookings as per client process
- Continually monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Passport 360 system and report errors or issues to the Development Team.
- Conduct audits on Contracting Companies linked to Passport 360 vs SAP-engaged Companies
- Engage with walk-in clients at the contractor HUB to promote the KBC and Passport 360 brands
