**Day to day functions include**:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base;
Marketing Tower Group services to clients, bringing new clients on board;
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions;
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in order to generate revenue;
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:
Ideally have proven experience as a recruiter, within an agency (no restraints of trade)

Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Results-oriented mindset, with a hunger for success and a drive to win new business.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems (advantageous).
