A position has become available for a Receptionist - Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Aeroton.
**Job Purpose**
Responsible for the effective managing and capturing of store cash up slips and related admin. This role will also relieve receptionist duties.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Switchboard Duties: Answering screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls.
- Taking Messages and ensure relevant person receive same.
- Reception duties : Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Bulk compilation of all store cash-up reports and slips.
- Capturing of store cash-up slips and reporting.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Intermediate excel skill
- 1-2 years admin experience required
- Grade 12 or equivalent
