**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**
A large, well-established dealership of a popular brand in a vibrant small town with a big city feel is seeking a Cross-Selling Car Sales Executive to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively cross selling a range of new and pre-owned vehicles, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process while staying up to date with current products, promotions, and industry trends. To be considered for this position, you must have proven sales experience in a franchised motor dealership, the ability to cross-sell and identify opportunities to enhance customer value, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a positive attitude with a passion for the trade. You should be self-motivated, focused on exceeding targets, and have good knowledge of the current market.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 Years of RECENT new/ used/cross-selling car sales experience in a franchised motor dealership.
Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references

**Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in or around the Overberg area, or is willing to relocate at short notice **
