Sales Agent Northwest Province

We are looking to appoint an affluent sales agent at one of our resorts. As our company’s sales representative, you will be utilising your sound presentation and communication skills to pitch projects and make sales. Your confidence in hospitality sales, your solid track record in selling, and your entrepreneurial spirit would count in your favour to be part of _**_Dream Hotel & Resorts’_**_ effective selling team_.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric + related tertiary qualification

**Must have / be**:

- Proven track record in meeting sales targets (in the hospitality, related B2C or Insurance industry ).
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in Admin and Microsoft Office.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset & independent worker.
- Own vehicle
