- full front office functions
- back office - ordering; accounts; admin responsibilities
- stock takes
- guest relations

**Experience Required**:

- minimum 3 years working experience in similar environment
- must have 5 star hospitality experience

**Essential Skills & Qualifications required**:

- creative person
- keen eye & attention to detail
- love housekeeping
- functions & special events experience
- relevant tertiary qualification
- knowledge & experienced with Innkeeper software
- positive, happy, friendly, confident, clear voice for answering the phones
- excellent verbal & written communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- excellent arithmetic ability
- computer literate MS Word; Excel & Outlook
- participative & contributing team player
- must be self-motivated & resourceful

**Package**:

- salary R6000+
- accommodation provided
- 7 rest days per month
- 15 days annual leave p.a.
