**South Africa’s leading hospitality company is hiring. My client is looking for a seasoned Franchise Manager who will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and offer continuous support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.**

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for**:

- **Ensuring any changes/enhancements within the business are communicated and implemented timeously to the franchisee.**

- **Successful onboarding of new franchisees and the implementation of new business initiatives.**

- **Ensuring franchisor suggested systems/processes are deployed and adopted by the franchisees.**

- **Identifying training needs within the network and providing necessary solutions aligned to our offering.**
