**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Design, implement and maintain the successful strategic indirect sales business metrics in support of the accurate and timely delivery of Key Success Metrics and Objectives of the strategic growth team.**:

- **Support the enablement of the strategic growth team by providing insights and actions to enable the sales leadership and teams in leveraging key strategic partners.**:

- **Work alongside the Strategic growth team to support the partners - “Identify, recruit, nurture and close” objectives.**:

- **Analyze, report on and “project manage” various initiatives, especially in conjunction with acquisition and implementation of strategic partnerships whilst leveraging the correct internal NTT resources/business units for sustainable ownership.**:

- **Leverage data to expand assigned partnerships to reach into identified partner organizations through focused initiatives, new business lines and drive new business opportunities.**:

- **Assist in the identification, tracking and spend of partner driven funds/ marketing campaigns, events, sales/revenue objectives and targets.**:

- **Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partner’s insight leadership team to extend the use of partner data within NTT.**:

- **Optimize internal and strategic partner’s processes to achieve revenue/GP targets tracking and other metrics of success.**:

- **Provide timely, growth achieving communication regarding strategic partner results.**:

- **Complete reporting and analysis as required to influence actions and decisions.**:

- **Ensure clarity of process and handover points and tracking to the sales organization for new and existing client opportunities**:

- **Be knowledgeable of the company service portfolio and with strategic partners find viable opportunities to improve to supplement the offerings**:

- **Identify prospective partner clients and with the sales involvement guide the initiation of lead generation and conversion by leveraging data insights to minimize sales lead times**:

- **Prepare, refine and tailor the value proposition, commercial model and pricing conditions and mechanisms for the new offerings to suite every client.**

**Education/Qualifications Required**:

- Data Science related skills to work to identify/drive/track and manage the partner data needs, beyond pure opportunity management, but including activity management and insights
- Basic project management and coordination of team activities and success to support and drive success
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to engage in data centric presentations and conversations to ensure success is supported.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a partnerhip to potential strategic partners
- BA/BS degree preferred in Business, Humanities, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of enterprise market segments.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying service offerings and economics of the partner landscape.
- Must be familiar with the unique partner success requirements of large enterprise partners.
- Ability to work efficiently with finance, sales engineering, legal, IP engineering, and sales management.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees, clients, and vendors.

**Work Experience Required**:

- Five 2-5 years working to help grow revenue in a leadership and coordination capacity
- Sales Force experience a plus.
- **Knowledge of IT and sales lifecycle a plus**
