We are offering a Teaching & Learning (Programme Manager) an exceptional opportunity to lead, manage and facilitate, within the formal structures of the campus, all aspects of the teaching and learning process. The role includes the implementation of the Teaching and Learning strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning and meet delivery outcomes; working with the lecturing staff to promote and encourage research and innovation in teaching and learning; implementing student support and related academic policies; and developing a pool of qualified, skilled lecturers who contribute to the culture of teaching and learning of the campus and the college. While the focus is on the academic activities on the campus, the incumbent needs to be cognisant of the operational functions linked to teaching and learning, particularly those of the Deputy Principal, Programme Co-ordinators and Branch Administrators. In all respects, the incumbent will ensure that customer service standards are met and/or exceeded.

**1. **Education (formal qualification requirements) - minimum**
- A Bachelor’s Degree with PGDHE or equivalent OR an Honours Degree in Education
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years lecturing experience (preferably in tertiary)
- An understanding of the current South African Higher Education regulatory framework and its impact on higher education and private colleges.

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
