Snr Tender

Must have Matric (Grade 12 certificate) + Code 10 Driver’s License
- Minimum ND (Building/QS/Construction/Mech /Civil /Elect / Ind)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in tendering (mainly with the SOEs -Eskom, Transnet, Rand water, Municipalities etc)
- Minimum of 3 years’ expertly pricing tenders, compiling technical responses for high value tenders (CIDB Grades 7 and higher)
- Managing the tender process end to end
- Quality checking all work done before submission
- Pricing of tenders
- Technical responses for tenders
- Managing meetings, communication, stakeholders etc
- Managing running contracts with the assistance of site supervisors
- Valuation, claims, cost/price analysis & contracts administration
- Office management including supervising subordinates and office expenses
- Managing profitability
- Market development, marketing etc

- continuous driving (manual vehicle): 3 years (required)
