**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Matric,

- Real Estate accreditation

**Must have**:

- 5+ yrs exp in supervising / managing a selling team +

**KPA**:

- training,
- providing professional development for the teams and
- setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance
- They also generate reports tracking how well each Agent achieves their quarterly targets.
