Requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma in IT
- Microsoft Office 365
- Software languages proficiency include SQL and intermediate in R.
- Project management (Agile & Impact Engineering).
- Systems management, development, and design.
- Data management, replication, mining, and visualization.
- Balanced and motivated manager who removes barriers to delivery and creates common goals.
- Advanced problem-solving ability, technically astute and agile; excels within a high-performance culture.
- Ability to understand requirements quickly and translate into a solution.
- Logical, analytical, and diligent in my approach
- Budget planning and monitoring Ability to impart knowledge to teams.

- Tier 2 Support: Provided tier 2 support for mobile device migration to the managed platform (Intune), ensuring mínimal disruption and seamless transition.
