Laduma Bet is a small startup and are currently recruiting. As a Junior Digital Marketer, reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in building and executing our digital marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, digital content, and customer engagement — especially in the world of sports and betting.

You’ll be responsible for assisting in the creation and management of content across platforms, supporting paid media campaigns, and helping analyse performance to drive user acquisition and retention. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work on real campaigns, and be part of shaping a brand at launch stage.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in planning, creating, and posting social media content (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Social Media management
- Supporting paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and helping optimise for performance
- Updating and maintaining content on the website and mobile platform
- Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting results
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
- Content creation & Design: basic graphics, copywriting, memes, reels, etc.
- Creating promotional campaigns which are industry specific and competitive.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric Level (Grade 12) tertiary qualification in marketing/media studies would be advantageous.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing OR strong academic/training background in marketing/media
