**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms
- Conduct thorough evaluations and validations of models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to effectively communicate insights
