Location: Sandringham - Johannesburg- Position Type: Full - Time**Purpose of the Job**:
We are seeking a young, passionate and creative digital creator and content co-ordinator who thrives in a purpose-driven environment, combining strong visual storytelling with digital marketing expertise. You will play a key role in helping us grow our digital presence by bringing fresh, thoughtful ideas to engage our audience in a compassionate, yet exciting way. You will help shape how we communicate with supporters, donors, and community.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Video Content Creation**
- Plan, film, and edit meaningful video content that tells the stories of our work, people, and beneficiaries.
- Create video assets for use across social media, fundraising campaigns, websites, events, and donor communications.
- Develop content such as short-form social videos, impact stories, interviews, and behind-the-scenes features.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify powerful stories and bring them to life in an authentic and sensitive way.
- Ensure video content reflects the values, voice, and mission of the organisation.

**Digital Marketing**
- Assist in developing and implementing digital campaigns that support fundraising, awareness, and community engagement goals.
- Manage content calendars and post across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay informed about digital trends and identify opportunities to innovate and grow our digital reach.
- Co-ordination of website & app updates

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:
**Technical Skills Required**
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe after Effects).
- Understanding of social-first video formats and best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in mail chimp is an advantage
