- Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for an Secretary to be based in Central Johannesburg.
- Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- 1 - 2 years Admin / secretarial experience.
- Typing 35 words per minute
- Computer literate including internet research / PowerPoint presentations / Advance Excel / Outlook)
- Customer services oriented with telephone etiquette
- Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
**Duties**:
- Screening and making telephone calls / handle queries by directing them to the correct staff
- Arrange internal and external meetings for the Fund Manager
- Typing and filing of the Board Meeting Minutes and Agenda’s
- Arrange and type all paperwork for fund meetings
- Assisting HOD’s with Excel reports
- General Management of the department in terms of stationery, printers, fax machine etc.
