You will be responsible but not limited to:
Professionally and warmly welcome and host guests
Assisting with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Managing guest relations and addressing inquiries or complaints professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction
Supervising housekeeping standards and ensuring the property is impeccably maintained
Coordinating staff schedules and overseeing daily duties
Supervise staff: scheduling, training, and motivation
Daily inspection of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality
Liaise with service providers for maintenance and repairs
Assisting with stock control and supplier coordination
Basic financial management: receiving payments, bank deposits, petty cash
Recordkeeping and administration (procurement, inventory, cash flow, invoicing)
Emergency contact and handling any urgent situations
**Education**:
Matric
Hospitality Qualification
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role (4 - 5 years preferred)
Computer Literate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Own transport is advantageous

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage staff and stock
