**Key Responsibilities**

- Manufacture and repair precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines and lathes, as well as conventional machining equipment.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy using appropriate measuring tools.
- Work to tight tolerances and maintain product quality in line with company standards.
- Adhere strictly to **NOV’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)**policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept in optimal working condition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the job shop.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Qualified **Turner Machinist / Toolmaker**or equivalent relevant trade qualification.
- Minimum **5 years’ experience**in a heavy engineering or precision machining environment.
- Proficient in operating and programming **Siemens, Heidenhein, and Haas**CNC controls.
- Strong background in **milling operations**; turning experience also advantageous.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications accurately.
- Experience with **CAD/CAM systems**is beneficial.
