Shop Assitant/manager

A new and exciting boutique homeware store located in Hout Bay requires a full-time shop manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Attending to walk-in customers
Providing excellent customer service at all times

**General administration duties (including but not limited to)**:
Attending to orders and sales
Accepting deliveries and organising couriers
Ensure all queries have been attended to by the end of the work day
Capturing Customer payments and refunds/credits
Stock take and ensuring stock levels are correct
Only those shortlisted for an interview will be contacted.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous experience in a retail background - advantageous
Must be available to work Monday
- Saturday (full-time position)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Own transport
Fully computer literate
Well presented
Customer service driven
An eye for detail and style
Honest and diligent with a strong work ethic
Independent worker with a willingness to learn
