Cmt Manager

**Responsibility**
- Procurement of all materials
- Oversee full production line and manage machinist team
- Inspects work for adherence to specifications
- Train workers in assembly of new style garments
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, instruct & communicate accordingly with management and technical support
- Manage and oversee all production according to production plan and delivery schedule to ensure deadlines and output targets are met
- Maintenance of fixed assets
- Daily execution and management of tasks aligned with the values of Rhiza Babuyile
- Manage Clients
- Liase with clients
- Managing orders and making sure that are done on time with required quality

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Diploma or bachelors degree Education in fashion design, fashion technology, têxtiles and fabric design or related fields
- Additional, training in business management is necessary for a manager
- Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style
- In-depth knowledge of garment technology
- Ability to create, cut and sew-up patterns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
