Job Title:
Brand Promoter - Fragrance (Mall & Event Activation)

**Location**:
Various malls and events across [Province or City]; applicants must be able to travel independently to assigned locations.

Role Purpose:
To represent the Arthur Ford brand with professionalism and energy by actively engaging with mall shoppers or event attendees, introducing them to our range of fine oil-based perfumes, and converting interest into sales or store visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approach and engage passers-by in a friendly, confident, and brand-aligned manner
- Promote product benefits, fragrance notes, and current offers (e.g. Spin & Win, coupons)
- Encourage on-the-spot purchase or store visits using coupons or samples
- Maintain clean, appealing promotional setups and ensure brand consistency
- Capture customer details (for lead generation) and submit them daily
- Attend briefings and training sessions as required
- **Minimum Requirements**:

- Age: 18-32 preferred
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and at least 2 additional South African languages commonly used in the region (e.g. Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Tswana)
- Experience: At least 6 months in promotions, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service (fragrance or beauty experience is a bonus)
- Appearance: Well-groomed, neat, and presentable at all times - you are the face of Arthur Ford

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R300,00 - R450,00 per day

- Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal 3880 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
