Computer Literacy
Further education in related field will be advantageous.
Minimum 2 years administrative experience in an operational environment.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail - orientated with strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
Ability to multitask.
**Responsibilities.**
Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
Maintaining employee and client records.
Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
Drafting and mailing customer correspondence.
Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
Performing other duties as assigned.
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nelspruit, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
