Warehouse Leader:
The purpose of this position is to guarantee the timely and accurate movement and storage of goods and materials in the shipping/receiving area and the warehouse and to lead the warehouse team, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Manages all waste produced by the Plant, reorganizing all related activities with couriers and waste treatment plants in addition to keeping the waste area clean and organized.
- Ensures warehouse equipment is fully operative, requesting preventive maintenance and organizing repairs.
- Records goods entry.
- Organizes floor space, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements.
- Coordinates storage and movement of final products, raw materials and packaging materials in the shipping/receiving area and the warehouse.
- Participates in the periodic physical inventory.
- Verifies the availability of raw materials and packaging materials for production needs and timely informs the Logistics Manager in case of shortage.
- Organizes and manages shipments and produces and collects all related documents concerning inbound and outbound movement of goods.
- Prepare delivery notes when required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the warehouse/ logistics department of a manufacturing company, supervising a team.
- Good applied knowledge of WCM standards
- SAP experience non
- negotiable
