**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Azure Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and management of our Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to create scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop cloud strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Azure.
- Define best practices and governance frameworks for Azure environments.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Evaluate new Azure services and technologies to optimize architecture.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Document architecture designs, diagrams, and deployment plans.
- Mentor and guide cloud engineers and other team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing Azure solutions.
- Deep understanding of Azure services: Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Azure Networking, Azure Security, Azure DevOps, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure governance, cost management, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and on-premises integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as **Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert** are highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration on Azure (AKS).
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automation.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformations.
