**ESG Specialist - Group SHE Department**
A position exists for an ESG (Environmental / Social / Governance) Specialist stationed at the Fidelity Campus. The position will report to the Group SHE Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to perform a full ESG function and deal with and co-ordinate all ESG matters and direct all information to the Group SHE Manager.
**Experience, Requirements and Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Minimum Environmental Qualification
- No Criminal Record or any pending cases
- Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative and statistical analyses and environmental assessments role
- Previous Experience in Environmental.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft package with strong Excel knowledge is essential.
- Ability to liaise professionally with Senior Management and management at all levels.
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Project Management Experience will be an advantage
- Report writing skills.

**Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)**:
- Gather all statistics on ESG for the Group
- Liaise with Green Path on monthly and yearly reporting on ESG and carbon off sets
- Liaise with all branches on ESG
- Ensure compliance on ESG at all branches
- Branch visits to be conducted
- Suppliers compliance to ESG
- Ensure Green Path ESG vendor certification
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure excellent record keeping on all ESG statistics.
- Attend all meetings where and when required with suppliers
