**Job Summary**:
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with our company’s policies and values focus on achieving our Global Goals. Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation and Warehouse resources while achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.

Set up and implement high standards in the inbound and outbound process.

Provide an effective and reliable service to customers in time and manner, as well as to keep high inventory accuracy and controls.

Responsible for building a Safety culture aligned to our Corporate and Legal requirements and ensure an efficient process in receipt, storage, dispatch and inventory control of warehouse materials.

Wh Manager will interact with the different Areas of Supply Chain, as Planning, Sourcing, Materials Team to ensure the correctly flow of information and goods, as well as ensure the satisfaction of our internal and external customers of our Division of Drilling Service and / or Products.

Warehouse Manager is key in implementing new projects in medium and long term to build a Continuous Improvement Culture and be able to develop the team to increase the warehouse productivity.

**Position Description**:

- Set up high standards in the receiving, storage and shipping process and evaluate the team is performing based on our SOP.- Ensure a high shipping accuracy of the dispatch using a high packaging standards to protect the goods during the in transit.- Run and control the KPI’s of the Area related to shipping on time and accuracy, receiving on time, managing the claims at Sales force, control the inventory accuracy and productivity of the warehouse.- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; and ensure the goods are stored secured and in good condition.- Ensure high level of inventory accuracy supervising the cycle counting process and organizing the Full Stock Take, and or Scrap process and be compliance as per our Inventory policies.- Build a Safety Culture aligned to our Corporate and legal standards to maintain high standards of Safety and Health procedures and protocols. Promote the use of the FLRA and the implementation of the main SWP. Promote with the team the identification of any risk and follow the corresponding measure of control.- Manage the warehouse staff, evaluating and developing the team to be able to achieve high performance and productivity.- Budget control of the warehouse expenses to identify cost opportunity, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions- Ensure the Warehouse team has the required resources to increase the productivity and safety of the personnel.- Interact with internal customer to provide and receive feedback of the warehouse performance.- Establish strong internal stakeholder management towards Sales, Customer Service Teams, Manufacturing, Planning, Fulfillment, Drilling Services and Products Division, Warehouse Management teams and Regional Supply Chain Managers- Keep a clean and organized warehouse implementing 5’s methodology- Project management to identify and any waste in the warehouse process and lead to build a Culture of Continuous Improvement. Support the Strategic of the company in a medium / long term period.**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, as well as managing the warehouse processes of receiving, storage and dispatch.- Problem solving skills- Strong abilities in use of ERP ( preferred oracle) and excel Microsoft office.- Bachelors Degree in Supply chain, Operations or related strongly preferred- Skills in mentoring, coaching/counseling, motivation, performance management, and employee relations.- Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision making abilities- Effective written and verbal communication abilities- Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting, and utilize data- Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred- Experience in Lean Methodologies**Auto req ID**: 14387BR
