**Introduction**:
The QC will be responsible for maintaining of the approved QCP’s/ITP’s and Data Packs. Project Specific Inspections with the Client. Signing off the required documentation to complete the Project.

**Job description**:

- To do inspections as per project required by QC Department & Project requirement.
- Report and record inspection as per QMS.
- To be audit on QMS. To maintain accurate records of QMS.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.
- Provide technical input when and where required.

**key responsibilities**:

- Plan inspections
- Internal & Client.
- Always be ready for Client and Head office audits.
- Review and correct instrument installations & piping isometrics relating to instrument points ( P&ID’s)
- Interface with relevant departments
- Coordinate punch lists
- Monitor calibration, loop folders, loop testing monitor and assist in repairs to damaged instruments
- Monitor all installation’s and advice
- Create work packs for installations
- Ensure inspections carried out to ITP’s and procedures
- Evaluate the validity and acceptability of inspection results
- Ensure inspection records are maintained
- Perform inspection in accordance with procedures and industry practice
- Be familiar with tools and equipment and proficient in their use
- Ensure condition and calibration status of measuring equipment
- Ensure proper reporting of inspections to defined acceptance criteria
- Ensure timely and progressive compilation of quality dossier/data books and Project handover.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Experience**:
***
- 2 - 5 years’ satisfactory experience as an inspector in the E&I field
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in fabrication / construction of power, petrochemical, mining, or process plant.
- Extensive experience in the installation and quality control of electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Self-motivation, computer literacy skills, effective interaction abilities, communication skills, problem solving skills, accuracy and methodical work ethics. Ability to work independently, under pressure and focus on detail and procedures.
- Extensive experience in working to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) installation instructions.

**Qualification**:

- Trade Test in electrical and/or instrumentation field
- Relevant Quality Management compliance training
