Store Supervisor

Managing and motivating a team.
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
- Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for employees.
- Ensure store always remains clean and presentable.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Available to work extended hours, including weekends and nights.
- Daily communication with logistics/drivers and operations
- Matric or Equivalent
- Above basic computer literacy, MS Office, GAAP
- Store Supervisor experience
- Proficient knowledge of stock control and management.
- Above average English communication skills written and spoken
- Able to work shift hours, short notice, weekends and public holidays
- Above average competency in Excel
- Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must have easy access to transport for work - live within (20km radius)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R6 000,00 per month
