Primary Job roles and responsibilities
- Listening to Sales and Non-Sales Calls across all insurance products (long and short term)
- Assessing of queries with providing accurate transcripts and feedback.
- Ensuring maximum productivity is achieved within the daily working hours.
- Ensuring that on a weekly basis a report is provided to the QA Team Leader with detailed reporting per agent, on calls quality assessed, relevant duration, comments and trends etc. To be completed and provided to the team leader before the end of the business week.
- Drafting of coaching documents to be acknowledged by sales consultants
- Hosting calibration sessions with sales consultants in terms of areas to improve quality, compliance and increasing sales conversions
- Adhoc duties

**Salary**: From R4,000.00 per month
