Housekeeping Supervisor

**We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and checklists.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
- Maintain stock levels and oversee usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit housekeeping reports and maintenance requests.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to deliver consistent service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or team leadership.
- Well-presented, professional, and reliable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer literate (able to compile basic reports and checklists).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping Supervisor: 3 years (required)
