- Provisional /recurring and adjustment of journals.
- Prepare provisions and accruals for the site.
- Maintain the critical stock levels.
- Reliable and accurate inventory reconciliation.
- Receive and issue consumable stock on Accpac.
- Verification of fixed assets.
- Analyzing the Income Statements.
- Cost Control.
- Handling queries pertaining to expenses.
- Prepare month-end reports as required by Site and Head Office.
- Prepare purchasing and arrange supplier payments.
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Receive and issue consumable stock on Accpac.
- Ad hoc request and duties from management.
- Assist during annual audits, both internal & external audits.
- Perform Stock counts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bcom Accounting Degree.
- Minimum 2-5 yrs experience.
- Computer knowledge of MS Office and ACCPAC.
- Previous experience within the mining industry preferred.
- Unendorsed driver’s license, some travelling is required for this position.
- Sound knowledge of processes, IFRS.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and solve problems.
- Deadline driven.
