**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of Visual Merchandising plans across all Dunns stores and product offerings.
- Create in-store & window designs for campaigns in accordance with VM Strategy.
- Source, allocate, manage & control VM equipment/signage distribution to stores.
- Manage delivery of the VM elements for stores (existing and new) according to campaigns and seasonal VM strategies (POS, In-Store, Window Execution etc).
- Liaison with Marketing to translate approved concepts into VM stores and monthly plans and documentation including store displays which are executable at store level.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts & budgets of VM suppliers.
- Assist VM Coordinator with communications into stores and field including store guidelines as to execution and timing.
- Create user friendly promotional & VM guidelines/graphics/tutorial videos to stores.
- Assist with relevant and practical merchandising standards and guidelines to stores
- Assist with facilitating VM workshops in stores seasonaly/promotional.
- New store openings & store closure processes in place & manage timelines.
- Keep up to date record of movement of any VM equipment & elements.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary education with specific insight into in-store marketing communications / creative design essential

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising / Retail VM
- VM experience in fashion retail essential
- Computer Literacy (Google Suite/Ms Office (essential), Photoshop essential, Freehand / Coral Draw / InDesign essential
- Spatial planning
- Training & Coaching abilities
- Excellent communication skills (English) written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to travel in and around Southern Africa when required.
