A well established company in Centurion is seeking an Junior Hardware and Software Tester to join their team.

**Job description**:

- Conduct QA testing to those mobile devices to ensure they meet the companies' standards.
- Conduct tests on mobile devices to ensure hardware and software functionality
- Report defects or concerns to the relevant team members for defect resolution.
- This may include investigations of bugs/faults reported by clients and/or stakeholders and involves both hardware and software.
- Testing of updated firmware versions on hardware which has already been onboarded to the Instacom product suite to ensure compatibility with our software suite.
- Testing of hardware and software to be onboarded to the companies’ product suite and ensure compatibility with the companies' goals and requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation of the hardware being tested and its suitability and compatibility with our existing product suite.
- Collaborate with a cross functional team in completing and testing sprint milestones for products, features, bugs, etc. for use by our stakeholders.
- General product support for internal teams.
- Assist with QA testing of both Portal and Mobile Software.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of software testing required.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- Capable of working at a fast pace.
- Qualification in the software and hardware testing field such as ISTQB/SASTQB qualification is advantageous.
- Previous IT, Hardware testing, software testing experience is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
