**FACILITIES SUPERVISOR (STUDENT ACCOMMODATION) / EAST LONDON - **Our Client in the Property Industry is looking to employ a Facilities Supervisor to oversee +- 4 Student Accommodation buildings in the East London area. Must have a valid code 08 Drivers, Company vehicle will be provided

**Qualifications and Experience**

Grade 12

Valid Code 08 Driver’s license

Ability to speak Xhosa is essential for this role

Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

**Duties**

Daily inspection of facilities

Inspect work done on facilities by security, cleaning company and other contractors

Follow up and liaise with clients on queries and work requested

Report callouts when needed

Check inventory and order when needed

Attend monthly meetings

Admin work - Data capturing, scanning etc.

To perform any other functions over and above the ones listed as requested by Management

**Salary**:R10 - R15k (based on experience)
