LOCATION- South Africa GermistonJOB SKILLS Finance, HR and AdministrationTYPE PermanentJOB ID - 141735SALARY - Negotiable Join a world class engineering team with specialization in turbomachinery projects as a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO is responsible to establish and maintain financial and management procedures for the company. He/she must ensure the compliance with all the regulatory requirements as relating to the company financial policies and the legislation. CFO will oversee the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement cash management strategies and also develop and implement strategies for the long-term goals of the organization. In addition oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including the following - Organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, - Monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets. - All purchasing and payroll activity for staff The incumbent report directly to the Managing Director and directly assist the Management team on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Finally the CFO will assist the Managing director in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness prospective service delivery.
