Boiler and Autoclave Operator

**Why do we need you?**
- Ensure that production is done according to the Production Plan
- Process, HMI and Equipment understanding of the boiler and autoclave systems
- Tracking pre-curing time of greensheet stacks and grouping stacks into batches for curing
- Covering and uncovering greensheet stacks
- Operating forklift and tractor/FEL
- Loading and unloading of autoclaves
- Start-up, continuous and shut-down activities of the boiler and autoclave
- Refilling chemicals required for Boiler operation and boiler feed water treatment
- Ensure the correct settings and process parameters are being used for the boiler and autoclave
- Adjust process parameters of the boiler and autoclave
- Conduct in-line quality tests and operational inspections as required
- Ensure that products produced are to an acceptable standard and free from defects
- Quality checks and inspections
- Troubleshooting operation issues and quality defects
- Water treatment testing
- Transfer greensheets to Pre-curing area
- Refill of metal templates to piler infeed

This role is responsible for the Pre-curing and Curing process steps. The job holder is responsible to track the pre-curing time of the greensheet stacks, load and unload autoclave, operate the boiler and autoclave systems and manage the water treatment process for the boiler feedwater. This role will require someone who is able to conduct site emergency and after-hours emergency procedures as well as specific LOTO procedure and Incident Reporting process, not forgetting to conduct product visual checking and inspection.
