Finance Business Partner - Group
**Location**: Sandton
**Reporting to**: Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business units to provide real-time financial insights and strategic support.
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and tax compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Produce financial statements and coordinate regulatory reporting.
Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Manage intercompany loan reporting and related agreements.
Provide input on VAT, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
Foster a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
Three to five years of experience in finance, investments, or a related field.
Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
**Skills and Attributes**:
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
