Storeman: Maintenance

The storeman role is responsible to maintain sufficient maintenance stocks in accordance with the maintenance department requirements and standards.

**Qualification Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12

**Experience Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment
- Driving licence Code B - minimum 5 years’ experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with a strong excel knowledge, experience on Cworks will be an added advantage.

**Key Outputs**:

- Ordering and receiving of goods
- Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
- Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
- Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
- Redundant stock prevented.
- Receiving and issuing of spares.
- Issuing out of tools and equipment.
- Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
- Monthly stocktake of spares.
- Maintain tools on loan register.
- Housekeeping of the Store.
- Manage stock take - Weekly and end of month.
- Maintaining of budget.
- Getting the service and quality from Service providers.
