- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Ability to self-motivate under minimum supervision in the office and on-field assignments

- Effectively communicate both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee a construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources and personnel for assigned projects
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, clients, and consultants
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Report on job progress to Project Manager
- Preparing and maintaining safety records and conducting regular site inspections, and monitoring site safety
- Monitor and ensure deadlines are met and the project schedule is being followed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
